Python 3.8.1, 3.7.6, 3.6.10, and 3.9.0a2 are now available!

When is the last release of Python 2.7 coming out?

On January 1, 2020, Python 2.7.18 will enter "code freeze" and will officially be released in April 2020 per PEP 373. This will be the last official version of Python 2.7.

Django Channels 2.4.0 is out!

Channels 2.4 brings compatibility with Django 3.0s new async features. Please note: support was dropped for all Django versions before 2.2, which is the current LTS.
